Not happy with an item? No problem – Please Read our easy, Returns Policy detailed below.

We’re pleased to advise that we offer Lifetime Returns because we want you to be sure about your purchase. Lifetime Returns means that you can return your item to us whenever you want to, so there is no stress on making sure you get the item back to us within 30 days. However the item MUST still be in a re-saleable condition! Please ensure when returning items that they are returned in their original Branded shoe box, unworn and re-sellable as new.
*Please DO NOT apply tape directly to the branded shoe box as the box is considered to be part of the item.*

Unfortunately, socks (including welly socks) are excluded from the lifetime returns due to hygiene reasons

How can I return my order?

Please complete the Returns Form included with your order to advise if you would like an exchange or refund, and include this with your return. If you have mislaid the Despatch/Returns Note, don’t worry you can click here to print a replacement.


If you wish to return your order Free of Charge you must use the Collect + Service.


 We highly recommend that you use this Free, Insured and Trackable service.  Collect + have over 5,000 local stores open every day early ‘til late. To find your nearest drop off point, please visit

 We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £2.95 for returns in excess of 2 items.

  •  Should you wish to use an alternative postage method, such as Royal Mail, you do so at your own risk. However if you do, we strongly recommend you use an insured, recorded and trackable Delivery Service. Please note if you return using the Royal Mail label provided and require a Refund, there will be £2.95 deducted from the refund to cover the postage costs incurred to return your order. 

 Please ensure that a receipt is obtained when using any of the above options – this is your proof of return, and will be required if the item you are returning does not arrive at our warehouse.

Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for items until they reach our warehouse and have been signed for.

 Please note, credit will not usually be given for goods returned without the proper returns form and full adherence to our Terms & Conditions. reserves the right to recover carriage and handling costs when unauthorised returns are made for the postage charge when normal returns are made.


For your protection we strongly recommend you use a Recorded or traceable Delivery Service against which you are insured in the event of loss, as we cannot be responsible for returned goods unless we have signed for them at our warehouse. Please use the label provided on your Despatch/Returns note, or use the address below.

No claims can be processed unless these conditions are strictly adhered to.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.


What is the warranty for your products?

Manufacturer’s Warranty

All products sold by carry a full manufacturer’s warranty, protecting you from all basic defects in workmanship and failure in use within first three months of purchase. Our returns and guarantee policy operates according to the standard SALE OF GOODS act of 1978. Full refunds will be issued if products experience manufacturing defects or failure in use within the first three months of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee against standard wear and tear, and we do reserve the right to seek a second opinion from an independent body when defect inspections are required.

International Returns: If you are returning goods from USA and Canada please mark your package with the wording ‘RETURNED GOODS‘ to avoid customs taxation.


I have received the incorrect item, what should I do?

Firstly, if we have sent you the incorrect item, we apologise profusely for the inconvenience and disappointment this causes and can assure you that this will be addressed with our fulfilment team.

Before contacting us, please kindly check that the item you have received against your order confirmation for details such as the UK size and colour ordered. If at this point you have still not received the correct item ordered, please kindly click ‘Contact Us’ below. We will then check the details provided and arrange to resolve the issue for you as a matter of urgency.

We will need you to return the incorrect item to us, using the pre-paid label provided for UK customers.


Can I return 1 item bought in a Multibuy promotion?

When buying into a Multibuy promotion you are buying into a package offer. Therefore, if you return one item from the offer for a refund, the order is no longer eligible for the promotion.

This means that if you return one item for a refund you must pay the original selling price for the item(s) you have kept (excluding postage).
