Q: When will I get my order?

A: Ground Shipping takes 5 to 7 business day after processing. This estimate applies to in-stock items only. You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.
Processing times for different products are as follows:

Non-Prescription Sunglasses 1-2 business days
Spherical Contact Lenses** 1-2 business days
Toric, Multifocal, RGP, Coloured Contact Lenses** 2-7 business days*

*these types of contact lenses may need to be special ordered and may take up to 7 business days to arrive from supplier.
**for contact lenses, processing times do not begin until the prescription has been verified.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: We will send you an email when your order ships which will include a tracking number and instructions for how to track your order online. If your order has been shipped in the last 30 days, you can track its status on our website.

Q: What if I’m not happy with the fit of my frames?

A: If you aren’t 100% satisfied with the fit and comfort of your frames, let us know by calling 1-866-333-6888. Our customer care team is happy to recommend a style that might fit you better.

Q: What do I do if I’m experiencing issues with my prescription?

A: With a new pair of glasses, sometimes it takes a couple days for you to adjust to the new prescription.

If you have any trouble with seeing with your glasses, please contact our customer care team at 1-866-333-6888. We will do our best to re-make your glasses to make sure your prescription is perfect!

Q: What is your glasses return policy?

A: At Coastal, you have 365 days to return your glasses. If something seems off with your glasses or there is an error with your order, please call us at 1-866-333-6888. Our customer care team will help you find the perfect pair for you.
Simply ensure your glasses are in their original, unworn condition. We are unable to take responsibility for lost packages.
Please allow 3-4 weeks to process your exchange, credit or return.

Q: How do I set up a return?

A: Returns are FREE!

Q: Can I get my contact lens order expedited?

A: Yes. Please select FedEx Overnight delivery at checkout. Please note this only applies to in stock items only. Some restrictions may apply.

Q: Will I be charged duties and taxes?

A: In North America, prescription products ordered will not incur a sales tax. Please note that non-prescription products ordered may incur a sales tax.

Outside North America, all packages shipped outside of Canada and the United States may incur extra duty charges. is not responsible for any sales taxes, customs duties or other taxes charged by your customs department. To avoid any unexpected charges, please contact the customs organization in your home country regarding these policies. For orders to Japan, due to Customs regulations, we are only able to ship a maximum quantity of 4 boxes per order.
