Collectables Direct Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Collectables Direct. We gladly accept returns of unused or defective items for exchange or refund of the merchandise price within 30 days of the invoice date.

Every product is top-quality and DVDs are for North American viewing NTSC. We are unable to accept returns of opened DVDs and CDs, except defective items. All other items that are unused and unwashed or any defective item may be returned and must include the original packaging and tags.

All returns should be sent by regular mail; be sure to include a brief explanation with a copy of the invoice, which includes your name and address.
