Can I Send An Item(S) Back For Exchange?

To exchange an item(s) you wish to return, complete the return form included with your online order and mail the item(s) back to us. Simply place a new order for your desired item(s).

Here at Columbia, we have an Easy Returns system. Please follow the guidelines below:

*Returns of products purchased online are accepted within 60 days of the purchase date.

*Your apparel must be in original and unworn condition, with tags still attached.

*Your footwear must be in original and unworn condition, with the original box in new condition.

*Please pack and ship your merchandise using the postal carrier of your choice.  Our packaging  is reusable!  Feel free to return the product in the same package we used to send it to you.

*Please use the tear-off return form and pre-printed label from your original packing slip, as this expedites the processing of your return. Postage is not prepaid on the label; you are responsible for paying shipping charges to return products to us.  For your protection, we advise that you use a traceable shipping method to send us your return.

*The address to send your return to is located on the pre-printed label that was included on your original packing slip. If you no longer have the packing slip and address please call or email us.

 

Here’s what we’ll do:

*Our team will receive your package and verify its contents, and you’ll receive an email indicating we’ve received your return.

*Your returned product will be inspected to ensure it is unworn and in original condition.

*If you paid by credit or debit card, we’ll send the credit back to your financial institution within 2-3 business days.

*If you paid using a Columbia Sportswear Company gift card, or if the product you are returning was a gift, we’ll email you a virtual merchandise credit.  It may take up to 10 business days to receive your merchandise credit, which is a card number that can be redeemed on our web site or at any Columbia Sportswear Retail Store or Outlet.

Can I Return My Columbia.Com Purchase At A Columbia Store?

Yes, you can.  Returns are accepted with original invoice within 60 days of purchase, and must be in unworn, original condition with all tags attached.  Visit our stores page to find a Columbia Store or Columbia Outlet near you.  Please be advised that only Columbia Stores or Columbia Outlets will accept returns for items purchased on Columbia.com.

Some restrictions apply:

Professional Purchase Program orders cannot be returned to a store. Please follow the instructions on your invoice or call or email us.

PayPal orders that are returned to a store are only eligible for a product exchange or a merchandise card for usage in-store or online. If you would like the return to go back to your PayPal account you will need to follow the instructions on your invoice or call or email us if you no longer have that information.
