Here at Corsets4u we want you to be happy with your purchase therefore we are pleased to offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied in any way with the products you have ordered, we will exchange them or provide a refund. The goods should be returned unworn, all labels intact and all garments should be in a proper re sellable condition* and are required to be returned within 30 days of receipt.

What if I need to return an item that is part of an offer?

• Returning any item bought within a “Buy 2 get 1 free” offer will void the offer and refunds will be calculated on a piece by piece basis. If either or both of the chargeable items are returned, the value of the third item (being the lowest value of all items selected) will be deducted from the refund. For example: If you purchase items a, b, and c, at £20, £22 and £10 respectively, under the “Buy 2 get 1 free” items ‘c’ will be free, if for example you return item b, you will be credited £11 representing its value of £22 less the value of item ‘a’ being £10. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time.

   

  How do i return an order?

  – Please fill in the returns form on the back of your sales invoice and ensure this is included within your package.
  – If you have lost your sales invoice please print of and fill in our a

  returns form

  – Package up the products to be returned carefully and place in a suitable padded envelope. If you still have the original packaging that would be ideal.
  – Send your return goods to the returns address provided below, we recommend you send returns by registered post and retain proof of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit
  – Once we receive your returned goods in an acceptable condition a refund or replacement will be processed (Please allow up to 14 working days for us to receive your returns and process your refund or exchange)
  – Please note it is very important that when you return an item, we know the

  order number

   it relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won’t be able to take the action you want us to.

Full refunds will only be given if both items are returned
*Please note due to hygiene reasons we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on the following products:

Bodystockings
Knickers
Thongs
G-strings
Nipple pasties
Eyelashes
Fascinators

(This does not affect the return of corsets or sets that include knickers or stockings which should be returned in full)

In order to return goods

Corsets4u cannot refund any outward postage and packaging or your return postage as these are both direct costs. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. Your claim for loss would have to be taken up with the Post Office or carrier chosen by the customer.
