We now offer a variety of options for returning goods to us:

Crew Clothing Co. is happy to offer an exchange or refund via the original method of payment on any unworn items withinone month of purchase (or within 14 days for sale items) and upon production of a valid receipt. Items returned without a valid receipt can be exchanged at the current selling price.

Return to store

Items can be returned to any UK Crew Clothing store for a refund or exchange, when accompanied by the original receipt or Despatch Confirmation Note*. Please note, in order for refunds to be processed, the payment card used for purchase must be presented in store by the named card holder, as we are unable to refund to an alternative card/cardholder.

*Please note, where payment has been made via PayPal, we are unable to process a refund in store. Goods may be exchanged in store for item/s of equivalent value only. For a refund to be processed to a PayPal account, goods must be returned by post as outlined below.

Please note, our HOOPERS TORQUAY concession store is unable to accept the return of goods purchased in other Crew stores, or online.

Return by post

Simply complete the returns form on the reverse of your Despatch Confirmation Note and enclose this with your return, then label your parcel using the pre-addressed sticker provided. Unless otherwise stated, postal charges will apply when returning goods to our Head Office address.

We strongly recommend that all customers obtain proof of postage from the sending office/retailer, to safeguard the returning parcel. NB. We are unable to accept responsibility for goods which do not reach us.

Where an email address has been provided, an email will be sent to confirm receipt of your return parcel. Replacements/refunds will be processed within 5 working days (Mon-Fri) from the date we receive your return. All refunds will be issued via the original payment method.*

*Please note, where payment has been made via PayPal, we are only able to offer an exchange for items of equal or lesser value to the returned item/s.

Available to UK customers, Collect Plus offer a convenient returns service for a uniform price of just £3.49, from over 5,500 participating stores.

To create your returns label and locate your nearest store, visit:

Simply attach your Collect+ label to the parcel and deposit your return. A postage receipt will then be provided, with a unique tracking reference for your return. Parcels typically take 3-5 working days to arrive. Refunds/exchanges will be processed within 5 working days of us receiving your return, at which point a confirmation email will be sent.

For this service, parcels must not weigh more than 10 kilograms nor exceed dimensions of 50cm x 50cm x 60cm

Please note:
– Unless faulty, we are unable to accept the return of earrings, or underwear.
– Swimwear is only returnable if unworn, with the hygiene strip and original labels in place.
– If exchanging goods and the value of the new item is less than that of the one you are returning, we will refund the difference via the original payment method.
– If exchanging goods and the value of the new item is greater than that of the one you are returning, additional payment will be required.
– Replacement items will be sent free of additional delivery charges.
– If returning a single item to us from an order placed under a multi-buy offer, this may be exchanged for an alternative product included in the same offer. Alternatively the balance refunded will take into account the undiscounted price of the retained item/s.
– In cases where Crew Clothing goods have been purchased elsewhere, from a Department Store or independent stockist, we are unable to issue a refund/exchange.
