Curvety Return Policy
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Curvety as we aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. This is why we offer a free returns service within the UK so that you can try items on in the comfort of your own home.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it using our pre paid returns form provided we receive the item/s within 14 days of delivery, in unworn, unsoiled condition, complete with attached tags, the original packaging and the purchase receipt which is sent with your order.
Original P&P is non-refundable. Full refunds, including delivery charges, will be given if any item purchased is proven faulty or has been sent as a result of our error.

After we have established that the item is unused and undamaged we will send your exchange, or you will be refunded within 21 days. All goods must be in a new and unused condition. If you are in any doubt, please contact us on 08450 941 848.
Final sale items can only be returned for an exchange or store credit. This will be mentioned in the individual items description.
International customers should post their return to the address above, unfortunately we do not cover the cost of returning items from outside of the UK.
Please note: You are responsible for your order until it is received back to Curvety. Our free returns service covers basic posting costs only, if you wish to insure your return you need to do so at your own expense and we highly recommend this.
Faulty or Wrong Item
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please contact enquiries@curvety.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. Please then follow the instructions above to send the item /s back.
