You can either post the item back to us or you can drop it into one of our shops, please fill in the form below.
From 13th November 2014 we have an extended returns policy, you can return items up to the 6th January 2015
Please note some strap replacements are special order and can not be returned.
Please bring with you, your original receipt and the watch needs to be packaged as you received it including any free gifts or accessories that you received. The item must be returned in brand new condition. This refund policy only applies to watches sold via the website, for our stores policy’s please contact the store directly. Sale items which are watches which were listed in our sale section and had a price reduction from the normal retail price must be returned within 7 days.
Simply post the item back to the following address, we would recommend sending it back using Royal Mail special delivery. For orders under £1,000 the return cost is covered by the customer, Orders over £1,000 we will cover the cost to return, using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note that any additional insurance taken out is at the customers expense. Please also fill in the form below, so we can process your return quicker.

We aim to process the refund the same day we receive it but please allow up to 7 days for this to be processed.
If damage to the a watch must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item, otherwise you might be charged for any repair work required.
