12 month returns policy

We are happy to offer a 12 month returns policy!


We are aware that people will buy a bargain, out of season product, and not use it for a few months, or buy a gift for somebody, that doesn’t get opened for a month or two.

So if you buy a bargain light-set, or a thermal jersey in the summer months and don’t get it out of the drawer until mid-winter, you may find you want something different, so, just return it to us for a full refund. All we ask is that the products are sent back to us, in the original packaging and the goods are in the same unused condition as when you received them.

If you’re not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us and as long as the item hasn’t been fitted or used, we are happy to receive it back for a refund.


  • Each returned item should be in its original packaging with the manufacturers labels attached.  
  • When returning clothing, where relevant, the original hygiene slips must be in place.


We reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.  Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.


It can take up to 7 working days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However, once we receive your goods, we will inspect and process them within 24 hours. Refunds will automatically be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the goods. As soon as your return has been processed by our team we will email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you don’t receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team


If the item is being returned as a result of our error, (damaged, defective, wrong item sent etc), we will refund Royal Mail First Class or Standard Parcel postage costs.


If you wish to return a bike for any reason, you would need to arrange the return carriage and you  will be liable for the condition of the bike on the return journey. Please contact us for any further queries.


If your purchase isn’t everything you expected it to be (sizing etc) and you wish to exchange an item the simplest and quickest thing to do is place a brand new order for your new item and return the old one to us for a full refund.


Please contact us before returning warranty items, our team can sometimes solve some problems, preventing unnecessary delays.



  • Sunglasses must arrive back to us in as new condition (including all packaging), glasses received with fingerprints or grease marks etc may be subject to a cleaning fee.
  • Any glasses received back unboxed, or with scratches or any signs of use, will not accepted.
