Our returns policy for Christmas 2013 has been extended.

If you place an order between now and 19th December 2013 you can return it up until 6th January 2014.

 

The last day to order for Christmas delivery is 19th December.

 

How to Arrange a Return;

Through myHermes ParcelShops – open 7 days a week, early until late. Find your nearest shop at Hermes Parcelshop Finder. Simply attach the myHermes Parcelshop returns label to your parcel. Additional returns forms for returning via Parcelshop can be requested through the contact centre on 0871 225 8080 (Calls cost 10p a minute plus network extras).

You can also request a returns collection online through My Account.

Alternatively, you can request a collection by calling our automated service on 0871 225 8080 (Calls cost 10p a minute plus network extras) and selecting option 3. Once you’ve arranged your collection, your local Hermes courier will collect your parcel within 2 working days.

Return your items FREE♦ at the Post Office with our free Exchange and Returns service♦. You can download additional return forms by clicking here.

 

Once we have received your returned goods, your statement will be adjusted accordingly. Where you have already paid for your goods, we will credit your account, or, if you paid by credit or debit card, we will refund to your card.
