Return Policy

At your satisfaction is our goal. In order to better server you, we have placed some simple guide lines about our policy on this page. Please take a moment to read them as they are important.

We currently also offer FREE Ground Shipping by UPS (orders $250.00 and over) and Free Returns in the USA. Free returns are ONLY eligible for returns for DM store credit & USA clients. This is designed for clients whom purchase from on a regular basis and is intended to make the return process more simple and pain free. Store Credits NEVER expire.

Prior to shipping
All new orders / clients will be going through our verification process. This process is of course designed to protect you, the card member as well as us, the merchant. As we all know internet fraud is on the rise and we need to make sure we are all protected. Please be available to speak to our verification team members over the phone or respond to their email inquiry ASAP. Ignoring this will result in the cancellation or the delay of your shipment.

After Shipment
Order that are shipped can not be canceled. If you need to return the item for any reason after it has been shipped please read below.
We offer a full 30 day satisfaction guaranteed policy on all items with NO RESTOCKING FEES. We do only ask to be notified within 3 working days after you’ve received your package if you do require a return. You then have 30 days to your purchase back to us. The 3 day notification is required, as we have certain requirements with our vendors. After this period no returns will be authorized.

Return Conditions
All returns will be subject to inspection. All items must be returned unused, with all original packaging, contents (boxes, dust-bags, cards, tags, certificates, and in-soles if applicable), and security tags included, in the same exact condition as received. Your return will be discarded or sent back to you if the conditions of the inspection are not met and you will be charged for the new shipping fees. You are also required to include a printed copy of the return authorization sent to you via e-mail. If this is not included your return will NOT be accepted.

If you require a Return Authorization, please follow the simple guidelines below:

  1. Log into your account center within 3 working days after receiving your item(s).
  2. Under ORDER HISTORY locate your order number and click it to view the order.
  3. Towards the bottom of the Invoice Page there is a CREATE RETURN REQUEST. Checkmark the items you would like to return.
  4. Please then select your REASONS FOR RETURNING. If you would like to return for a DM Store Credit, you will be e-mailed with a return label courtesy.. Your shipping will be FREE of charge and you will be issued a unique Gift Certificate after we do receive your returned item(s). If you would like to receive a full refund back to Credit Card, You will be responsible for returning your item(s) back to us.
  5. Once you have completed your return request, you will be notified via E-Mail with return instructions and/or a Return Label from UPS within 1 Business Day.
  6. Please return your purchase within 30 days from the original date of it’s arrival. Your return MUST be UNUSED with the original dust-bag, tags, and DellamodaSecurityTags all intact.
    (After this 30 day period, all returns will be sent back to you and you will be charged for additional shipping and handling fees.)
  7. You MUST enclose a copy of your invoice with your return. This will also help expedite the process.

We strongly recommend using UPS or FedEx that provide a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

If refunds were requested, we will refund your payment minus the original shipping fees within 10 working days after it has been received by us. It’s that easy! Exchange Instructions
We do not have an Exchange Policy. If you do require an Exchange for an item recently purchased, you may simply follow the instructions above in order to make a return and then place a new order for your items.
