Call our customer service department, receive a return label instantly via email, print it, pack it and send it back so we can process your store credit and get you one step closer to your perfect beauty regimen. No fees, no waiting, just quick and easy returns on us!
How it works:

- Receive your FREE RETURN* shipping label instantly to your inbox
- Print your label
- Place all items being returned in a box, secure your free return label to the outside of the box
- Leave for your mailman or drop off at your local post office
- Receive your store credit and start shopping for something that works better for you
* FREE RETURNS valid on item(s) being returned for store credit only. If you would like to receive a full refund using a free return label, a restocking fee of $6.95 will be deducted from the total being refunded back to your card. Returns outside of the continental United States and Amazon purchases do not qualify for free return shipping labels.
Perfumes are only eligible for return if damaged during shipping. If approved, returned perfume products will be compensated for the value of the product with a store credit only. Perfumes should be returned via USPS.
