30 Day Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products 100% and we are sure once you receive your purchase, you will see firsthand the unsurpassed quality of our Designer Wedding Bands. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item that is not custom made, special ordered or engraved with a message in its original brand-new condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. Our 30 day convenient return/exchange policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase.

Though most couples plan their Weddings and Anniversaries well in advance, it’s very common for a great number of couples to purchase their wedding bands and rings as close as a couple of weeks or just days before their Wedding or Anniversary date. We are happy to accommodate most “RUSH” orders at no additional cost for our customers. However, we “HIGHLY” recommend and urge you to please have your ring fingers accurately measured before placing your orders to avoid any unnecessary loss of time and money. For your convenience, you may request a professional grade ring sizer-set to be mailed to you free of charge via our “Contact Us” page prior to placing your order. We do not recommend using any downloadable or printable ring sizers which other jewelry websites urge shoppers to use.

If you do order the wrong size wedding band and it does not fit your finger properly, you may return it within 30 days from the date it was shipped to you to be re-sized or replaced if re-sizing your ring is not possible. If the band you ordered is in Gold, Platinum or Titanium, you will be charged for the re-sizing or for a new replacement ring, plus for the return shipment of the ring sent back to you. Most Gold, Platinum and Titanium design wedding bands cannot be re-sized “down” due to the continuous design patterns on their surfaces. However, most Gold, Platinum and Titanium design wedding bands can only be sized “up” to approximately a 1/2 a size larger.

Tungsten Carbide wedding bands cannot be re-sized at all and would have to be exchanged with the correct size. We will exchange Tungsten Carbide Bands without penalty as long as they are not engraved (personalized). All you would be required to pay for is the return shipment of the Tungsten Carbide ring back to you.

Please note, there will be a 20% restocking fee on all Antique/Vintage “Hand Engraved” wedding bands, Platinum wedding bands and Diamond wedding bands being returned. Some fees may also be applied towards cancelled pending orders, not to exceed 20% (Depending upon which stage of production the item is in at the time of the cancellation). will not grant full refunds towards return requests due to cancelled weddings, dissolved relationships and other unexpected occurrences and events.

For Returns or Exchanges, please contact us via email to receive your R.M.A. (Return Material Authorization) number in order to send your item back. Upon shipping your item back to us via U.S. Postal Service, please email us the tracking number of your parcel in order for us to expect your package. (Note: UPS & FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses). Please note that there is no refund on shipping charges for returned items. If the item was ordered with free shipping, the original shipping fees paid by will be deducted from the original purchase amount.

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed within a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed for quality assurance. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, re-sized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returned packages that are improperly packaged, uninsured or sent back without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, will be refused.

1. Please send an email to our Returns/Exchanges department via our “Contact Us” link. Please include the Invoice/Receipt and Style number of the item you are returning in the message column and briefly explain if you are returning or would like to exchange an item because…

2. When packing your return, please include all original packaging. For security reasons, do not write “Design Bands” anywhere on the outside of the box. Please use the exact name heading and P.O. Box address shown above.

3. Please make sure to insure your package for the total value of the contents, and request a signature or delivery confirmation to ensure that your shipment has reached its destination at D. B. Returns/Exchanges Department.

You must follow these instructions exactly, failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return.
