Return Policy

1. For the item(s) with the quality issue
Once Customer Service confirmed the product was not damaged on purpose,you can initiate a return for the item(s) with quality problems within 30 days after you received it. Please be ready to provide Customer Service with photographs or the videos clearly showing any issues related to the item. If it is our fault, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise as well as shipping fees.

2. For the wrong size item
Please do remember to read the size details before you place the order. If you buy the wrong size, the returning shipping fee will be on your own cost.
Items with an actual measured size of at least 2 cm larger or smaller than the size chart on our website are considered to be allowable. Please send the clear pictures to show the correct size of the item(s) received. Errors of less than 2 cm are not grounded for a refund.

3. For the item not as described
If the item(s) differs greatly from the specifications or the descriptions on our website, Please provide our Customer Service with photographs or the videos clearly showing any issues related to the item. We will also take responsibility if it is our fault.

4. Color Mismatch
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on DinoDirect.com. Slight color mismatch between the color of your item(s) and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item(s) is defective or wrongly-shipped.

5. For the item which you do not want
You may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on your situation and the type of item(s) involved. However, the returning shipping fee will be on your own cost.

6. For the item returned to the wrong address
We have only one returning address. So if you return the item(s) to the wrong address without our permission, you are not expected to ask for the refund for the returning package(s).

 

What is Dinodirect’s return process

Items within product warranty can be returned either for a refund or a replacement.
Only four steps can complete in applying a RMA successfully.

1. Make sure Tick the box before “I have received the item”. If you have not received your items, a RMA could not be applied successfully.

2. Do describe why you want return the item in detail. For example, what is wrong with the item? Is it broken? A detailed description will help us solve problem earlier.

3. Upload a picture or a video, which would better show the detailed problem.

4. Tell us your expected choice after returned the item, do you want a replacement or a refund?

5. Then click apply and an RMA will be applied successfully. You will get a reply in one business day.

Notes:
 RMA will not go through if the application details do not match the required information above.

Can I return products without requesting RMA?

Definitely not, you need to request a RMA no matter what items you want to return because we need to refund or exchange items for you according the RMA number provided to you.

When can I get the RMA shipping label?

 

Once your RMA is approved, you will get a RMA with the returning address in one business day. You can print a “Return Shipping Authorization” label with return address and other information and enclose inside your package for further refund or exchange items.

Should I provide tracking number after I return the item?

The returned items are required to return by local regular post mail. A tracking number with the local regular post mail is necessary due to the high loss rate of international shipping; it is also an evidence for the refund of shipping fee.
Note: DinoDirect won’t take any responsibilities for missing returns so a tracking number is required on your side.

When can I get a refund after I returned the item?

Once your RMA is approved, you will get a RMA with the returning address in one business day. You can print a “Return Shipping Authorization” label with return address and other information and enclose inside your package for further refund or exchange items.

What is RMA?

RMA is short for Return Merchandise Authorization. Customers who want to return item(s) are required to apply for a RMA. Once the RMA is authorized, customers could return the item(s) by printing the return address on the label.

What kinds of items cannot be returned?

1. Giftcards

2. IDinor subscription fee

3. “Final Sale and clearance ” items

4. $0.99 Return Shipping Insurance Fee

5. Swimwear without any tags or liners removed and that you have worn or used

6. Custom-made/Tailor-made items, such as the wedding dress, ceremonial and some tattooing products

Special return instructions for some categories

1. Electronics
The electronics mainly refers to Computers, e-book readers, GPS, Camcorders, Cell phones, Video Games, Mp3, Car Electronics.
Electronics and the flashlights with quality issues are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery to customer, once Customer Service has confirmed the product was not damaged on purpose. It is strongly advised customer can provide videos clearly showing the issues.
2. Customized Dresses
This mainly refers to wedding dress, event dress and other customized dresses.
For a customized dress that’s completely designed and made just for you, such as a wedding gown or special occasion dress, DinoDirect kindly reminds you to check the size chart, color, the processing time to make sure the dress can reach you in time if you need it for a special occasion.
Please be aware that we do not accept returns or exchanges once your order has been shipped. You could also check the return policy for customized items on the items description page.
3. Flashlights:
Flashlights with quality issues are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 45 days of delivery to the customer.
Once customer service confirmed the product was not damaged on purpose. Please be ready to provide them with photographs or the videos clearly showing any issues related to the item. And if the item(s) can be fixed in the local stores, we would like to offer the compensation for the repair fee up to 100% of the product price.
How can I get the return address
Once your RMA request is approved, the return address will be offered to you through RMA and you could print it for return.
Who should be responsible for the returning cost?

1. DinoDirect will be responsible for the retuning fee by regular post service with a tracking number if it is our fault.
2. DinoDirect will pay for the returning shipping fee by regular post service if customer paid $0.99 insurance fee.
3. DinoDirect will not pay for the returning fee for any express mail except regular post service mail.
4. The shipping back fee depends on the local post. You can inquire the international freight cost in the local post office. Some regular post mail fee for your reference as below:
