With our 365 Day Returns policy, we promise that you will fall head-over-heels for your eyewear or accessories. It’s simple—if you are unsatisfied, we will make it right.

    1. First, contact our Customer Service Team. They’ll need your name, order number, a reason for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
    2. Next, our Customer Service Team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that should be written prominently in the address portion of your return package. (Items without an RMA number will not be eligible for return.)
    3. And finally, our Customer Service Team will send you a postage label for your free return. Affix the label to your package with the RMA number clearly marked in the address field, and mail. That’s it!

  1. Within five days of receiving your return, we’ll inspect the shipment and apply a credit to the payment method used for the original order, or ship a replacement item to you at no charge. Whatever you decide.

*Free return shipping is only eligible on orders placed and shipped to an address in the U.S. International shipments and some U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO, and U.S. protectorates will be required to pay return postage
