I've shopped Foster and Smith online for years but never returned anything until this week when I ordered a snuggle nest for my Conure and a nest arrived, probably for a Condor. So I followed the directions, packed it up, attached the label and took it to UPS who said, "it's not prepaid." I can't blame F&S, after all who wants to pay $5 to return a $12 item, I don't and I'm sure, even though they are a lot richer than me, they don't either. I'm glad Amazon has free returns. From now on, all my pet shopping will be with them until F&S enters the real world of on line shopping and changes their policy.
