Easy Return Policy
eDesignerShop takes your satisfaction very seriously. We take great pride in offering the best designer products at affordable prices. All orders with eDesignerShop are backed with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee:
Once you receive your product, you will have 10 days to evaluate the item. During the 10 day evaluation period, if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return any items in its original, unused condition (including all accessories, packaging and tags). Shipping charges are not refundable. Footwear returns must include the original shoebox in original condition with nothing taped on the box.
It does not matter if you do not like the style, size, color or just changed your mind! In order to keep our cost low and pass on the savings to our customers, no returns are accepted after the initial 10 day return period. However, all purchases are covered by our one year warranty.
Return Procedures:
If your return item is postmarked within 10 days of receiving your merchandise you do not need to contact customer service. There will be no restocking fee associated with your return.
If you have received your order for more than 10 days, no returns are allowed. If there are extenuating circumstances, you can email rma@edesignershop.net your order number and issue. The Return Department will make a final determination within 2 business days.
New Condition Defined:
Your purchase is shipped to you in brand new condition. Items that you return must be in the same new condition as they were received. All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be in unworn condition before they can be accepted for a full refund. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the manufacturer boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties and authenticity cards), parts and accessories (including dust bags) to insure full credit.
Worn shoes are not exchangeable or returnable. If you are going to try on the shoes, please wear stockings or socks, and only wear them on a carpet. If the soles are scuffed they can not be returned.
The shoes must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Save the box that the shoes were shipped in. This is the best packaging to use for returns.
Shoes or bags that have been dyed are not returnable or exchangeable.
All returns that do not meet the above conditions will be rejected or returned to sender.
Fill out and complete the Return Form. The Return Form is attached to your packing slip. You can also DOWNLOAD IT HERE. All merchandise must be new, unused condition, with all accessories and original packaging. All used items are subject to a reconditioning fee of between 10-30% depending on the condition of the item. Please ship via insured and trackable method to:

eDesignerShop is not responsible for packages lost in transit back to our fulfillment center.
