eLightBulbs Return Policy
Please follow these steps to quickly process your return:
1) Call (800-948-1063) or email us to obtain a return authorization #.
2) Repack the product well to prevent breakage. Please make sure that all product comes back in its original, undamaged packaging. Also, avoid sticking tape directly on that packaging.
3) Before shipping the package back, write the return authorization # on the outside of the box next to the shipping label. Please do not write that number on the product packaging itself.
4) Ship the returned order back to eLightBulbs at the following address, using a shipper of your choice:
