Estella Return Policy
Fully Refundable – At Estella, we hand pick all our products and want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. So if you are unhappy with your order and want to return it for any reason, you may do so. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee . So you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of the date that you originally purchased it so long as the items are in new, saleable condition i.e. HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED or WASHED and have all the original tags attached. We will not accept returns that have not met these conditions.
To make a return or exchange, please include a copy of your original invoice with instructions for the return or exchange.

Please note: Estella is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery to our returns facility. Also, we maintain the right to refuse credit of any return or exchange that does not comply with our return policy. Domestic Standard Shipping: We want to make sure your shopping experience at Estella is as enjoyable and worry-free as possible, that’s why, all U.S. orders over $50 will receive FREE standard ground shipping! All orders below $50 will ship for a flat $4 fee.
Domestic Expedited Shipping: We also offer 2nd day air and Next day Shipping through UPS, we extend you UPS Real-time Shipping Rates. Local New York City Messenger delivery: Manhattan – We can also messenger your shipments to anywhere below 100th Street in Manhattan for a flat fee of $20; Brooklyn, Bronx & Queens – We can messenger to any of these locations for a flat fee of $50.
International Orders (Outside the USA). Estella has partnered with a trusted third-party company, InternationalCheckout to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the “international checkout” option. The items will automatically be transferred into an InternationalCheckout cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. InternationalCheckout will process your payment and guarantee delivery.
