You may return any item sold by Eyeglasses123 within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. For holiday orders placed November 1st through December 22nd, the return period has been extended until January 15th, 2013.

  • Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
  • Items returned after 14 days are not eligible for a return and you will not receive an RMA.
  • Custom prescription lenses are subject to a 50% materials return fee.
  • Expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return carrier (though in many cases you’ll receive the refund sooner).
