How do I return an item?
Instructions for returning an Item purchased from www.thefinechinastore.com.
US Customers
You have 1 year (365 days) to decide if you’d like to return an item you purchased from The Fine China Store. The only requirement is that you return it in new and unused condition with all paperwork and stickers it came with. If you meet these two requirements then you can return your purchase.
Send an email to returns@tfcstore.com. Include in the email:
1) SC Order ID or the email address you used for your purchase.
2) A list of the items you want to return.
You will receive an email response and a shipping label will be sent to you via First Class Mail. You will not be charged for the shipping of the return label. Once we receive the item(s) back it takes 2-4 days to process your return and you will receive a full refund for the products you are returning.
International Customers
You have 1 year (365 days) to decide if you’d like to return an item you purchased from The Fine China Store. The only requirement is that you return it in new and unused condition with all paperwork and stickers it came with. If you meet these two requirements then you can return your purchase.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) to The Fine China Store. The shipping amount you paid during your original purchase is not refundable. When your item(s) are received it takes 2-4 days to process your return and you will be refunded the purchase price of the products only.
