FitnessONE Return PolicyFitnessONE-Return-Policy

  • All Returns must have pre authorization and be accompanied be an R.A. number.
  • Any Returns without an R.A. number will be refused.
  • No returns after 30 days from invoice date.
  • Merchandise must be returned at customers expense.
  • Absolutely No Returns on bars, premixes sport drinks, weight loss products, apparel.
  • Products must be sealed, unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
  • A restocking fee of 25% may be assessed to items that have an expiration date.
  • Credit is only applicable to the item returned not any delivery costs incurred.

Damaged or Incorrect Items ¬

In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please E-mail our Customer Service Department at sales@fitnessone.com within 48 hours. DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY DAMAGED PRODUCTS OR PACKAGING until you contacted Customer Service for instructions, as we may require return of the damaged goods. In these situations we will promptly send you replacement product and a pre-paid return label to return the damaged or incorrect merchandise.
