Special Return Policy for Holiday Purchases

For your holiday shopping convenience, we offer an extended return policy. We will gladly exchange or accept returns through January 31, 2013 for purchases made from November 8, 2012 through December 24, 2012. For sanitary reasons, we only accept the return for refund of hair brushes, hair extensions, combs or liquid / powder hair care & hair loss products that are sealed / unopened in their original packaging.

30 Day Return for Refund Policy

Folica wants you to love your hair and your hair products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your order within 30 days of receipt.

For sanitary health concerns, we only accept the return for refund of hair brushes, hair extensions, combs or liquid / powder hair care & hair loss products that are sealed / unopened in their original packaging. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly exchange your order within 30 days of receipt.

How to Return:

  1. Complete the return form provided with your order, or download another copy – [pdf] or [doc].
  2. If possible, re-use your original shipping box and packing materials to secure the item(s).
  3. Address your package to:Folica.com

  4. We recommend shipping your package through a traceable shipping method like Federal Express or UPS who both offer Delivery Confirmation.

We will email you within 5 business days of receiving your package to confirm your return. Once your return is received, a refund will be issued within 1 billing cycle.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders received later than 30 days from purchase.
