If you have any questions, comments or any problems whatsoever, please contact Randy Fenton (Freewell founder and inventor) by using the ‘Ask Randy’ section of this website and he will reply to you personally.

And, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Freewell product, we offer a 100% satisfaction 90-day money-back guarantee. Simply return your Freewell product to us within 90 days of your purchase date and we will refund your entire purchase price (please note that international and expedited shipping fees cannot be refunded).

IMPORTANT:  Please make sure to return ALL the components of the Freewell product.

IMPORTANT: If you are returning a SurfShelf, please make sure to ship the Polycarbonate Tray and Back Plate back to us individually wrapped separately in the plastic bags that they came with. If you do not still have the plastic bags, please use something similar to separate them and prevent them from scratching each other during shipping. Thanks!

Also, please include a short note telling us why you are returning your Freewell product to us. This information is super important in helping us improve our future products.

Finally, please make sure to include the name that was on the original order and allow up to 4 weeks for the refund to be completed.
