If any item*, for any reason, does not meet your expectations, just return it to us. We’ll gladly either:

  • Refund your merchandise amount
  • Credit your account
  • Send a replacement

*There is no time limit for returns except on computers with internet capability, which have a 30-day return policy and a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects for 1 year.

When returning an item, use the original packaging and pack it securely. Please adequately insure your item in case you need to make a claim with the carrier you choose for returning your item.

Include your order number and reason for return. We recommend keeping the receipt for 4 weeks.

It may take up to two billing cycles to see the credit for returned items on your paper billing statement.

You may also verify your returned item by checking your account status online. You will see a credit for the item in 2-4 weeks after your return has been processed.

Have to pay for my return as well as shipping to me? No right. It's not my fault the color was off and that Fed-Ex didn't deliver on time.
