At, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why unlike other websites, we allow our customers to purchase up to three sunglasses/eyeglasses to try on for color/fit. However, please be aware that charges a $7.95 fee per frame returned to our warehouse (this fee is waived if you try on 2-3 frames and decide to keep 2 or more of the frames). Fee details are below.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days upon receipt of the product(s) and must be returned in the same condition as it was received; clean and void of any chips or damage to the lenses or frame. Frames returned damaged or modified from their original condition are not eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment center (usually within 72 business hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 3-5 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.


– You must contact us via email at or phone at (212) 535-4022 before sending any products back for a return or exchange.
– A $7.95 restocking fee will apply to each frame returned to our warehouse. The restocking fee is waived on frames that are sent back to add prescription lenses.
– Orders are only eligible for a return/refund within 14 days from the date of delivery (based on Tracking Number Information).
– Packages postmarked from 15-30 days from the date of delivery are eligible for a 6 month store credit only.
– Packages postmarked from 30 days+ from date of delivery are no longer available for return or store credit and will be reshipped if returned.
– You may return the item(s) using your preferred courier service or a FedEx Return Shipping label can be emailed to you. Thecost for the label is $9.95 which will be deducted from the total amount eligible for refund.
– International Customers: does not provide FedEx Return labels for international, non-continental US orders (PR, AK and HI) and military addresses.
– Shipping and Gift Wrap costs are non-refundable in all cases.
– Packages that are denied by receiver and automatically returned to are no longer eligible for a refund. The items we send are ordered custom from the manufacturer and/or have custom lenses installed. Thus, denied packages are charged and are not eligible for refunds.


Return Policy Exceptions:
– All clearance items are eligible for store credit only.
– All Fred Lunettes and Oakley Sunglasses & Eyeglasses are not eligible for returns, refunds or store credit. These sales are final.
– All customized frames, special ordered frames and order for replacement parts are final sale.
– The line of eyewear is subject to its own Return Policy. These frames can be returned within 14 days with no restock fees(Prescription lenses are still subject to our standard restocking fees).

Products modified from their original condition or damaged are not eligible for a return. This includes any alterations/damages done by yourself or any third party, including your local Optician.

The mounting of lenses into the 2.5 Eyephorics chassis is patented and exclusively done by only one Lab in the United States. If your local Optical Store does not carry this brand please make sure they will be able to accommodate your request for lenses beforehand. A one year Manufacturer Warranty applies to all 2.5 frames on the date of purchase. Manufacturer Warranty does not cover pieces/parts damaged during the disassembly of the demo lenses or installation of lenses done by a Non-Authorized Lab/Optician. Frames damaged by a third party will not be eligible for return, exchange or store credit. If your local Optician cannot accommodate your request for prescription lenses, please contact us by phone (212 535 4022), email ( or fax (646 807 4623) for a price quote on prescription lenses. will provide you a FREE FedEx Return Shipping label* as a courtesy in case you decide to mail the frame back for lens installation. (*available for Continental US order only) We encourage our customers to contact our support staff if there is an issue regarding a product or if repair is necessary. Returning At Your Own Expense:
If you are using your preferred courier service to return your purchase, please make sure to:
a) Include all item(s) you wish to return with all original package contents.
b) Use enough cushioning material to prevent damages to the frame(s) while in transit back to us.
c) Use a service that provides tracking information and signature confirmation.
d) Insure the package for the full amount of your order. is not responsible for returned items lost/damaged while in transit back to us.

Products damaged in transit:
Frames damaged in transit from to our customers will be repaired/replaced free of charge (valid within the continental US only). Please contact us by phone/email within 7 days of receipt to report the issue and arrange for repair/frame replacement. Customers wishing to proceed with a refund instead are subject to our restocking fees.

Exchanging for a different style, size or color:
Option 1) Return item(s) and use eligible credit towards your new frame choice:
We will wait until your return arrives for processing before shipping out your new frame choice. Applicable fees will be deducted from amount eligible for refund and the remaining balance will be used towards your new frame choice. Customers are responsible for paying any price difference associated with the exchange.

Option 2) Place a new order for your new frame choice:
Your new order will be processed and shipped in 1-3 business days, unless product(s) are not readily available (out of stock, back order, etc). Once your package arrives it will be treated as a return and the eligible refund amount will be issued within 72 business hours of receipt.

Unless requested, replacement/exchanged frames will be shipped using USPS Ground Service at a cost of $6.75. Other shipping methods such as USPS Priority 2-3 Day, FedEx 2nd-day or FedEx Next Day Air are available at additional cost.

Prescription Orders:
We encourage our customers to try on frames for fit and style. If you wish to try on a frame with demo lenses and then return it for prescription lenses installation, please contact us by phone 212 535 4022 or email
You will be provided with a FREE FedEx Return Shipping Label via email and as you are returning the frame for prescription lenses installation, our standard restocking fee of $7.95 will be waived. Your cost will be exclusively with the shipping of the complete glasses back to you, which starts at $6.75 for Ground Shipping (5-7 Business Days).

We only use high quality brands such as Essilor, Hoya and Zeiss for prescription lens orders. We never cast our own lenses like other online vision retailers. We stand behind our work and want you to be 100% satisfied with your order.

We guarantee to fill your prescription to the exact specifications you provide us. All prescription eyeglasses undergo precise final inspection for prescription accuracy, frame symmetry, and materials before it is shipped out. If you received a prescription order that you believe was filled incorrectly, please contact us immediately. You will be asked to ship the frame back to us (at your own expense) for inspection and if they are not 100% accurate we will replace the prescription lenses and ship them back to you via ground service at no charge.

Since each lens is made to your specific prescription and cut for a particular frame, all prescription lens returns/exchanges are subject to the following restocking fees (your card is charged once the job begins in the lab):
