IF YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR RESULTS, RETURN YOUR BOTTLE

Are we crazy? No, we’re Gnarly, and we’re loving every minute of it. We hope you do too. But, if you purchased product from us at www.goGnarly.com and decided it wasn’t working, we’re always happy to make it right. However, If you used the full bottle, we obviously won’t be able to refund you (and, honestly, shame on you for asking).

THE GNARLY DETAILS

(we’re actually pretty damn fair)

Items that are opened must be returned within 45 days of purchase and no more than 50% of product used, and we cannot accept returns on items that you received from a previous exchange. If you ordered the item more than 45 days ago and it is unopened, you can still return the products for an in-store credit, but we will charge a 25% restocking fee. If you placed the order for this item more than 90 days ago, then, unfortunately we are unable to accept the return. As always, please feel free to contact us with any additional questions. We love to hear from our denizens of Gnar!

RETURNING A PRODUCT

When returning product, we recommend using a shipping method that assigns step-by-step tracking to your package (so you can ensure its arrival to our warehouse). We are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or broken during the process.

In all cases, refunds will only be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement. The original packing slip is required for reimbursement. Please note that we do not have the ability to trace your return. Please refer to your carrier of choice for their tracking services. For your convenience we provide you with the UPS customer service website, www.ups.com should you choose them as your carrier.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Please put the merchandise to be returned in the box in which it was received

  • Include the original packing slip to ensure accurate processing for the item(s) being returned.
  • Write “RETURN” on the top of the packing slip and specify what items are to be returned.
  • Address the box to:

  • Ship using the carrier of your choice.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE. WHEN YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND PROCESSED, WE WILL CREDIT THE CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT USED ON THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE RETURN.
