- All returns will be processed as either a merchandise credit or as a refund to the original form of payment.
- Gift Cards, Cash Purchases, and items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
- To ensure that you will receive a refund for returned items, all products must be in original resalable condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags still attached. Shoes should have no sign of scratches or markings on the soles.
- If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please review the “Returning a Damaged or Incorrect Item” section at the bottom of this page for instructions.
- If you’d like to return or exchange item(s) purchased that qualified your order for a free gift, please review our policies regarding free gift offers on our Policies page before shipping the items back to us.
- Items returned within 30 days of shipping are eligible for either a merchandise credit or a refund.
- Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if an item is determined incorrect or damaged, we will issue a prepaid shipping label to cover the cost of returning the item to us, and if available a replacement will be shipped to you free of charge.
- To return an item, please mail it back to us at the below address, being sure to include the Return Form found at the bottom of your packing slip. If you no longer have it, you can download and print a Return Form here.
- We will process your merchandise credit or refund and notify you via email within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned items.
