How do I return my E-Card Subscription purchased on Hallmark.com?
If you are not satisfied with your e-card subscription, please click the Email Us or Ask a Question button to request a refund. You will receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription. Please be sure to provide your confirmation number and the reason and we’ll make it right for you.
How do I return my Gift Wish product purchased on Hallmark.com
You may request to return your Gift Wish™ certificate. If you return your Gift Wish certificate, you will receive a refund for its face value.
Note: We can only refund your credit card if the Gift Wish certificate has not been redeemed. If you would like to request a refund, please go to http://giftwishcard.custhelp.com, then click Ask a Question tab. Please be sure to enter your confirmation number in the field labeled “EG Number.”
