We want you to be happy! You may return and exchange new, unused, and resalable items within 30 days of delivery for a refund; perishable and personalized items cannot be returned. We’ll also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. To get started, please enter your order number with the ship-to name or email address from your order below and we’ll guide you through the quick and easy return and exchange process.

As soon as we receive your return, we’ll credit the original credit card used. If you’d rather replace or exchange for a different item, it’s considered a new order and your original order credit card will be charged.

For credit card, PayPal™, Google Checkout™, or Bill Me Later™ purchases, your returned merchandise will be credited to your original payment method. For check or money order purchases, a refund check will be sent to you. If you paid by gift certificate, you will receive a merchandise credit. Hay needle has free shipping, right? Well, when I recently bought two identical desks I constructed the first one. It was so flimsy, I decided to send the s cond one back (unopened). Guess what? They want me to pay $58.00+ in shipping to return the inferior quality desk. So, I'll be getting $76.00 of my $142.00 back. I'll order online from Walmart or someone who charges little to nothing for returns. No more Wayfair for me and I had bought a lot from them in the past.

I keep getting jerked around trying to return an item that was a duvet... no shams. They are not responding and the return policy is complicated and no
Assurance as to what or when you'll be refunded!! I highly advise ... do not use this company! My quick order took almost 4 weeks to get to me and then incomplete. No return label or address!! If you see something you like ... go to Amazon!!!


Beware of Returns

Ordered inline skates for my grandson in blue for Christmas. Arrived in hot pink. The shipping label stated to go thru Hayneedle for returns although I bought them thru Walmart online. Hayneedle wanted the skates back, but would not replace them with the CORRECT ones. Plus, instead of an immediate refund, I would have to wait an additional 7-10 days for that to go thru. NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY! NOT A GOOD REFUND POLICY! WHATEVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION? NEVER WILL BUY ANYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN! BUYER BEWARE!

Purchased a grooming table. arrived smashed into pieces. Return center will not process anything until fedex has item. made sure to let me know item had increased in price, lucky me, if I return I won't be charged new price. HA no thanks Hayneedle. Was told I would be emailed a return label. nope didn't happen. will have to hound them to get one. Very very unhappy. will not reorder. will see just how long it will take to get reimbursed.
