We want you to be happy! You may return and exchange new, unused, and resalable items within 30 days of delivery for a refund; perishable and personalized items cannot be returned. We’ll also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. As soon as we receive your return, we’ll credit the original credit card used. If you’d rather replace or exchange for a different item, it’s considered a new order and your original order credit card will be charged.

For credit card, PayPal™, Google Checkout™, or Bill Me Later™ purchases, your returned merchandise will be credited to your original payment method. For check or money order purchases, a refund check will be sent to you. If you paid by gift certificate, you will receive a merchandise credit. Purchased a grooming table. arrived smashed into pieces. Return center will not process anything until fedex has item. made sure to let me know item had increased in price, lucky me, if I return I won't be charged new price. HA no thanks Hayneedle. Was told I would be emailed a return label. nope didn't happen. will have to hound them to get one. Very very unhappy. will not reorder. will see just how long it will take to get reimbursed.

This is like a scam. This policy sucks.
They need to learn from Amazon, the best place to buy on line. I will never buy any this from this company ever again >I wish I would read some of the review.

Excellent return policy and Kari made sure I was not going to have a problem she was fantastic and made me feel my experience with Hayneedle was 5 stars!!!

Be careful!!! They will give you a hard time if you return your item... it's not true that they have EASY RETURN
