We want you to be happy! You may return and exchange new, unused, and resalable items within 30 days of delivery for a refund; perishable and personalized items cannot be returned. We’ll also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. This is like a scam. This policy sucks.
They need to learn from Amazon, the best place to buy on line. I will never buy any this from this company ever again >I wish I would read some of the review.

Excellent return policy and Kari made sure I was not going to have a problem she was fantastic and made me feel my experience with Hayneedle was 5 stars!!!

Be careful!!! They will give you a hard time if you return your item... it's not true that they have EASY RETURN

I do not know what the circumstances were of the above reviewers, but Hayneedle emailed me right away and told me not to return the product, but they would refund my payment immediately. I've only had this one problem with this item. Everything else I have ordered for myself or others has come in timely and wonderful condition. I look forward to continuing a business relationship with them.
