Healthier Living 4 You (HL4Y) Return Policy

At HL4Y, we are so sure that you will be satisfied with your purchase of any of our wonderful health products that we offer you a 30-day money back guarantee.  If within 30 days you wish to not have all the benefits of your purchase please contact us at (866) 745-5743.  We will then email or fax you a Request Return Form to arrange for a return. We will gladly refund your money or exchange the item, as per our Return Guidelines.  Please read carefully as most equipment will have a restocking fee.  Please also beware that any cheque that is returned NSF, the customer will be charged a $50.00 fee.

Return Guidelines

We will do everything within our power to insure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy.  We only ask that you abide by the following guidelines.  They are for your protection, as well as ours.

Our customers may return any product – unless otherwise stipulated, read each product carefully – for credit, exchange, or a full refund (less any shipping costs) within 30 days of receipt.

Opened consumable items will only be exchanged/returned if item is defective.  Otherwise, we cannot offer a refund on any consumable product that has been opened/used.

Prior to returning any product, please contact us for additional instructions (by phone, or by Return Request Form). We want to do the right thing for you, but we will need to know exactly what the problem is before we can commit to a specific course of action.

Shipping charges will only be refunded if the incorrect item was shipped.

Any Bonus Gifts which are received as a condition of the purchase must be returned.  If a Bonus Gift is not returned we will deduct the retail sales price of the Bonus Gift from the total refund.  At our discretion, in the case of a partial return we reserve the right to determine if the remaining unreturned items qualify for any Bonus Gift already received.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs for returning an item.  We are not responsible for the loss/damage of an item being returned to us.  Please be sure to ship the package back using a carrier with order tracking capabilities; UPS, Purolator or Fed-Ex. This will provide each party with dates for proof of delivery and return date.

We must reserve the right to deny return of items which have obviously been damaged or other products which show evidence of wear, neglect or abuse.

Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which the products were purchased.

Although many manufacturers guarantee the effectiveness of their products, we do not. Of course, we only sell items that WE deem useful in alkalizing/detoxifying the body.   We are unable to accept returns based upon a customer’s perceived effectiveness of the product. Since one’s diet, amount of sleep and exercise program are also of major significance when assessing the effectiveness of a product.

How to Make a Return

All returns must have proper authorization before they can be accepted by our receiving department. If you’d like to return a product please call us at (866) 745-5743 and fill out the Return Request Form to request your return authorization.

Pack return item in the original box, along with any paperwork.  We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper packaging.

It’s best to use a shipping company with package tracking capabilities (UPS, Purolator, or Fed-Ex). Please ensure that you provide shipping insurance for the value of the products.

Return freight must be pre-paid.

Shipping fees

All shipping fees, including return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Equipment Products

3 in 1 FIT Single and Premium Systems, Alkaline Water Machines 7900 and 8900, DKN machines inlcuding Xg10, Xg5, Xg3 V-Power, and Caribbean Clear Systems

HL4Y accepts returns on the 3 in 1 FIT Premium/Single machines up to 30-days after the invoice date. Any damaged or missing components may be deducted from the return amount due.  Each product must be returned in it original packaging. All IonCleanse® or 3 in 1 FIT Systems returns, regardless of condition, will be charged a minimum 15% restocking fee.

All Alkalized Water machines (7900 & 8900) may be returned up to 30-days after the invoice date.  Any damaged or missing components may be deducted from the return amount due. Each product must be returned in it original packaging. All Alkaline Water machines returns, regardless of condition, will be charged a minimum 15% restocking fee.

All DKN Whole Body Vibration machines may be returned up to 30-days after the invoice date.  Any damaged or missing components may be deducted from the return amount due. Each product must be returned in it original packaging. All DKN machine returns, regardless of condition, will be charged a minimum 15% restocking fee.

All Caribbean Clear Systems may be returned up to 30-days after the invoice date.  Any damaged or missing components may be deducted from the return amount due. Each product must be returned in it original packaging. All Caribbean Clear System returns, regardless of condition, will be charged a minimum 15% restocking fee.

Other Accessories and Products

HL4Y accepts returns on all other products up to 30-days after the invoice date. Products must be returned unopened, unused, and not damaged for a full refund. Any damaged or missing components may be deducted from the return amount due. Opened or used consumable products are non-refundable.  If you have bought a piece of equipment, please refer to that particular item return policy as all equipment has a 15% minimum restocking fee.
