You may receive a total refund of any monies for products purchased in our online store, only if you cancel the sale before the merchandise shipped.We’re so confident in our service and price that you can actually purchase a system from us let it sit around your home for up to 30 days and if for any reason your not happy with your purchase, return it within the 30 days. The Customer is responsible for all shipping, handling and insurance costs back to our warehouse(s) within the 30 day period. Paid shipping charges will not be refunded. Merchandise received damaged MUST NOT be accepted by the customer. Damaged products must be refused right away, before the delivery/Freight company leaves customer’s premises.  HeatAndCool.com must be notified immediately for the damaged received and refused items.HeatAndCool.com will ship a new product with no extra charge to customer.
In case customer receives the merchandise and signs the delivery receipt in good condition, HeatAndCool.com will not be able to claim shipping damages to the freight company. Consequently, HeatAndCool.com thereafter, can not be held responsible for any damage.Merchandise confirmed as defective by HeatAndCool.com  will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 30 days of ownership only.

After 30 days, the product manufacturer warranty is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer.

Products returned must be in new condition, unopened, unused in original packaging (including pallets and shrink wrapping) and include all packing materials, registration cards, and other accessories and be received within 30 days of the invoice date.

The Products must be shipped back palletized, shrink wrapped, strapped and secured safely to the pallet.

It is the customers sole responsibility to ship the products in its original undamaged condition. HeatAndCool.com must authorize the return before it is shipped back from the Customer.

Return shipping (pick up) arrangement can only be made by HeatAndCool.com using it’s authorized shipping company. Returns made by customer using unapproved shipping companies will not be accepted and the merchandise will be refused.

We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number issued by HeatAndCool.com or when the product manufactures or distributors return policies supersede ours.
