IDLE MATTRESS RETURNS
IDLE Offers a 18 Month Sleep trial.
- We require a consumer to give the mattress at least 30 days before returning if we cannot find a solution for wanting to return the mattress. A persons body can take time to get used to a new mattress. 100 Days on the IDLE Air.
- After 30 days (100 on IDLE Air) we will gladly arrange to have the mattress picked up and refund your money. If the mattress is too firm we can arrange for a complimentary matching mattress topper to be shipped or exchange (terms apply for an exchange) Email us at info@idlesleep.com
ACCESSORY RETURNS
- Accessories, pillows, sheets, protectors, foundations and platforms cannot be returned.
