NON-FAULTY PRODUCT

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products, unused merchandise may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of receipt and subject to the provisions below:

  • Product must have been purchased via the www.iSkin.com online store
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging. Items returned for either an exchange or refund must be in their original condition and shipped back in their original packaging. They must be returned undamaged, unused and unopened.
  • iSkin will assess a 20% restocking fee on any opened iSkin product
  • Original sales receipt must be enclosed (photo copies accepted)
  • Unless otherwise indicated by iSkin, product(s) MUST BE returned in it’s entirety to receive a replacement or refund
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order
  • RMA requests past the 30-day period will NOT be accepted. Return packages without clearly marked Order ID number if purchased from www.iSkin.com, will NOT be accepted and returned at the customer’s expense.

The product is mailed within 15 days of receiving an RMA form: No return packages will be accepted after this time period. Please return all products via insured parcel post. This shipping method allows for tracking of the package. iSkin will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Allow 30-days turn around time for an exchange or refund request to be processed. Shipping costs are not refundable. No refund will be made on the shipping portions of your order. We do not accept COD. The cost of initial shipping and all return shipping is sole responsibility of the customer.

To request an exchange/return, please fill out the Exchange/Return an Order form. Subject to the provisions above, you will receive an RMA number and information on where to ship your product.
