30 Day Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with any product purchased through JewelBasket.com, contact us for a return authorization. The item must be received back by JewelBasket, within 30 days from the original shipping date. You will be credited the full purchase price less shipping, handling and gift wrapping charge. $11.95 will be deducted from the refund total for shipping and handling. All Mother’s Rings and Pendants, Personalized Jewelry and Engraved Items are made to order, and are a final sale. Jewelry Boxes, Watch Valets & Men’s Valets have a 15 day return policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To return any jewelry item, email us at customerservice@jewelbasket.com for a return authorization number. Please include a brief note of the reason for your return, a copy of the Invoice with the return, and make sure the item is insured for the total cost. JewelBasket.com is unable to accept any returned merchandise that has been altered, visibly worn, scuffed, scratched or marked in any way. Exchanges will be credited for the full value of the returned item.
Note: All Items must be returned in refurbishable condition.
Note: Due to the manufacturing processes Gold weight and Stone weights may vary by up to 5-10%, above or below, the advertised size and weight.
