A: Jihosoft offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for customers. Since most Jihosoft software offers a free trial version to let customers evaluate the program before purchase, which helps customers make an informed purchase decision. With products featuring up to a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, yet Jihosoft generally won’t offer refund or exchanging product service in the following 5 situations:
1) Failure to read the product description before purchasing and thus resulting in dissatisfaction with the product’s functions and/or results. It is highly recommended that every customer read the product description and try the trial version before making purchase decision.
2) If products fail to meet customer’s needs due to the customer’s lack of understanding of the product functions and capabilities, Jihosoft can only exchange the purchased product for the correct one outright, providing the price difference between products does not exceed USD $20, within the guarantee period. If the purchased product is exchanged for a correct product of lower price, Jihosoft will not refund the price difference.
3) A refund request claiming the failure to receive registration code of a successful order within two hours. Ordinarily, once an order has been validated, a registration e-mail will be automatically sent to the customer within 1 hour. However, sometimes the arrival of this registration e-mail can be delayed due to internet or system glitches, email spam settings, email typo, etc. In this case, customers should visit our Support Center to retrieve the registration key, or contact customer service for help.
4) A customer has a ‘Change Of Mind’ after purchase.
5) A refund request due to technical trouble, with the customer refusing to cooperate with the Jihosoft support team in attempts at troubleshooting by declining to provide detailed descriptions and information regarding the problem, or refusing to try to apply the solutions provided by the Jihosoft support team.
