We want you to be happy with your purchase! You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Received an incorrect or damaged item?

Don’t send it back yet. Email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will do our best to correct the issue.

Need to return something?

We can not accept returns of opened/worn/”just tried on” products. Returned items which have been opened will be disposed of and no credit will be issued.

All clearance items are final sales. Clearance items that are returned will be disposed of and no credit will be issued.

If you set up an account, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

Due to fluctuating inventory levels, we do not do exchanges. Just return the unwanted item as described above and place an order for the item you would like.
