Borderfree will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, or defective Justice merchandise purchased from Borderfree if you request a Return Merchandise Authorization Form within 90 days of the original purchase date, regardless of the shipping or receipt date. Refunds will be provided by Borderfree in the manner in which the original purchase was made, less charges for (a) original shipping and handling fees and (b) return shipping and handling fees. Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges.

If you selected to pay duties and taxes at time of delivery (COD), you will not be credited for original duties and taxes paid. If you paid the duties and taxes at checkout, you will be refunded the duties and taxes you paid.

In order to initiate your return, you must contact the Justice Customer Care Team at 1-214-258-0171. Ask them to send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and a return shipping label. Adhere the label to the outside of the package and include the completed form with your item(s) inside the package when you send it to Borderfree. Borderfree will credit your account when it receives the RMA form and merchandise. You will also receive an email to confirm that the return has been completed.

Note: The return shipping label must be used within 7 days of its issuance or it will become invalid, and a new return request will be required.

If you choose to return international orders directly to Justice, you will receive a refund for the merchandise from Borderfree, but you won’t receive refunds on any duties, taxes or tariffs paid. If you have any problems with your order, please contact Borderfree or Justice to resolve the issue. Returns of international orders will not be accepted in any Justice stores.
