HOW DOES AN RETURN & EXCHANGE WORK, PLEASE HELP?
HERE AT KHONGBOON, WE STRIVE TO CREATE A RISK-FREE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS. If you like an item, but you realize that you selected the wrong size, color (or style/design), you get 30 days to send it back and swap it out for a different size, color or style/design at no additional cost or a full store credit of the order amount. Sweet deal, right? Here are a few quick rules to keep in mind regarding exchanges and store credits: Item(s) must be new and in the original packaging. Item(s) cannot be worn, washed or altered. Tags must be in place. Swimwear must have hygiene liners in place. Please go through our RETURN PORTAL AT https://khongboonswimwear.intelligentreturns.net/main/step3 to start the process of the return by simply following the 3 steps and print the return label. You can then track the return all the way back to us to any of our selected warehouses worldwide.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

I DID NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT ON KHONGBOONSWIMWEAR.COM, MAY I RETURN THROUGH THE WEBSITE?
Only orders placed on khongboonswimwear.com will be accepted for a refund or exchange as long as they are within the return policy conditions. Any item purchased at a retail store must be returned through that location according to that store’s return policy.
How do I return an Item?
