DOMESTIC: We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Kipling-USA.com. If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you may return the item within 90 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift box fee, and other additional charges. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

INTERNATIONAL: Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns for international orders at this point in time. All orders shipped internationally from Kipling-USA.com are considered FINAL SALE.

For your convenience, items purchased online may also be returned to any Kipling USA owned retail or outlet store location. Please visit our store locator to find a store nearest you.

Note: Online purchase made with an alternate form of payment (PayPal, Google Checkout, Bill Me Later), are not returnable to any of our Kipling retail or outlet stores. These purchases must be returned to the online store.

Please refer to the Return Instructions on the packing slip when returning your item. The items must be returned in unused/undamaged condition with all tags attached to ensure credit. Please pack returns in their original boxes (whenever possible) and include all paperwork, parts and accessories.

If you request a return after the 90 day period, please contact our Customer Service Department.

Items purchased at a Kipling retail store, department store, specialty store or outlet location may not be returned to our online store. We will only accept returns of items purchased through Kipling-USA.com.

Fedex Smart Post Return Instructions

  1. Place your item in a sturdy box and seal it with tape. Use the original packaging, if possible.
  2. Securely attach label to the largest side of the package. By using the label provided, shipping charges are prepaid. Do not alter the label.
  3. Remove, completely cover or mark through the original shipping label.
  4. Ship your package by:
    1. Giving it to your United States Postal Service (USPS®) carrier.
    2. Placing it in your mailbox.
    3. Dropping it off at any Post Office™. To find the Post Office closest to you, call 1.800.ASK.USPS (1.800.275.8777) or go towww.usps.com and click on Locate a Post Office.
      Note: Packages larger than 2½inches by 11½ inches x 12½ inches will not fit in collection boxes
    4. Requesting a pickup for the next day from your USPS carrier at www.usps.com/pickup.
      Note: For USPS pickups, individual items cannot exceed 70 lbs. or 108 inches in total length or girth.
    5. Dropping it off at your nearest staffed FedEx Office, FedEx World Service Center® or FedEx Authorized ShipCenter® location or including it with your regularly scheduled FedEx Ground ® pickup.
  5. Keep a copy of the shipping label for your reference.
  6. Keep a copy of your Return Tracking Number (02 3### #### #### #### ##) for your records.
    Note: The FedEx tracking number contains 20 digits, starting with 023.
  7. Go to www.fedex.com to track the status of your shipment.

Returns Rules & Regulations

DOMESTIC RETURNS

  • Returns must be made within 90 days of delivery of your order.
  • The items must be returned in good condition with all tags attached to ensure credit. Please pack return in their original boxes (whenever possible) and include all paperwork, parts and accessories.
  • When shipping a return, you must include the top portion of the packing slip (original or a copy). Be sure to also save a copy for your records. Attach the return address portion of the packing slip to the outside of your return package.
  • Shipping and handling cost, gift box fee and other charges are non-refundable.
  • We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise.
  • In case of shipping damages, please contact the shipping carrier or our Customer Service Department at 866-376-4185.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Items purchased at a Kipling retail store, department store, specialty store or outlet location cannot be returned to our online store. We will only accept online returns of items purchased through Kipling-USA.com.
