La Senza Return Policy

La Senza offers a satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible. (Please check the Terms & Conditions below to determine whether your return is eligible for a refund).

Please be advised that we do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on the web site. Refer to the web site for full details.

30 DAYS: All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 calendar days after the order is placed.

DOCUMENTATION: Your original invoice must accompany your returned item(s) in order for La Senza Lingerie to process your refund.

GOOD CONDITION: All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be unworn before they can be accepted for a refund.

1. Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on panties, babydolls, bodysuits, hosiery, teddies, swimwear, and any lingerie set that includes a panty. If these items are returned to La Senza they will be sent back to you at your expense.
2. All DREAMSHAPERS(TM) products are FINAL SALE.


Please mail to us the completed Return Form (included with your shipment), your original invoice and the item(s) you wish to return.

For security reasons, please do not return the merchandise in the La Senza Gift Box alone. Please send the parcel back with the gift box as well as the shipping box. You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs, as well as duties and/or taxes for International orders.

Please send us e-mail if you received an extra item in a shipment, or items were delivered to you (or to your home) that you didn’t order. At your earliest convenience, e-mail us and let us know:

  • The item(s) you incorrectly received,
  • Your name,
  • Your mailing address,
  • And the order number in the shipping label.
Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift and need to return it, please follow the guidelines and instructions for making a return. The gift purchaser will be refunded the amount of the returned items.
Your refund will be credited only to the method (s) of payment used to make the purchase (Including gift purchases). We ask that you kindly allow two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. NOTE: You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs, as well as duties and/or taxes for International orders.

Exchanges cannot be carried out by mail.

You may return your item and place another order. Because of the time involved in shipping and processing your return, we recommend placing a new order right away to ensure the item you want is in stock. Availability of items can change quickly. If you wait to place a new order until after your return is processed, items in your original order may no longer be available.
