We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 150 days from the original date or purchase. Items that are returned within 14 days of receipt will not incur a restocking. Items that are being returned must be in new and unused condition. Additionally all original boxes, bags, packaging and literature must be included with the returned product. Please make sure the items you wish to return meet these criteria prior to proceeding. Some restrictions may apply.
Items not eligible for Returns or Exchanges:
Jocks and Undergarments – Due to the personal nature of the product and hygiene
Special Orders, Custom Orders, Team Orders or other Special Accommodations

How To Return An Item:
Step 1: Please call 1 800 225 7603 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. We will NOT accept any returns without an Return Authorization Number. IMPORTANT: All Packages without an Authorized Return Number will be refused! A Return Authorization Number expires 30 days from the date of issue. Expired Return Authorizations will be REFUSED and RETURNED. We will be more than happy to issue another Return Authorization number as long as the product is within the return window. Simply call our Custom Service department to obtain another number.

Please do not attach or tape any Shipping Label Directly on a Shoe Box. Doing so will result in the exchange being denied. Please do not use a Shoe Box as your shipping box. Doing so will result in the exchange being denied. At LacrosseMonkey.com™ we do not sell used merchandise and we would not want to give other customers the impression that we do by the sight of used packaging.
Product Warranties:
Most manufacturers provide warranty services for defective products, directly. Below is a reference guide for lacrosse shafts and heads along with a telephone number for warranty departments for each manufacturer.
Shaft / Head:
All shaft and head warranties are FACTORY DIRECT
Sticks:
All sticks must be completely broken from game play or practice. Dings, dents, and scratches are NOT covered by Warranty. Heads must not be gratuitously abused, altered (i.e. pinched), defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged. Stringing components are not covered under warranty. You must contact the correct manufacturer to receive warranty information and a return authorization number. All products must be accompanied by a receipt to show proof of purchase and purchase date. The Manufacturer, upon receiving defective product, will send a new shaft or unstrung head back to you.
No Warranties:
Warrior Alloy 2000, STX AL6000, Brine Throttle, and DeBeer 6000 series sticks.
30 Day Warranty:
All Titanium Defense Shafts.
6 Month Warranty:
All heads and products not listed above.

Exchanges:
We understand that sometimes items do not fit exactly the first time, therefore, LacrosseMonkey.com™ will gladly exchange any products purchased from our site. Please contact us for return/exchange information. Customer must pay for shipping both directions.
Refunds:
We will waive the restocking fee if an eligible product is returned to LacrosseMonkey within 14 days of delivery; after this all other returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please view our Return Policy for a list of what is considered ineligible for Return. The customer is responsible for the actual price of shipping even it the shipping was free or discounted. In some cases the actual price of shipping may exceed the amount originally charged for shipping. Refunds are limited to the cost of merchandise only, we do not issue refunds for the price of shipping in any case.
Example: If a customer ordered a lacrosse stick that included free ground shipping for $179.99 and chooses to return the entire stick after 14 days, the customer would be responsible for a restocking fee of 10% ($17.99) and the base ground shipping charge of $14.99, resulting in a refund of $147.01. If the customer returned the equipment within 14 days of receipt, only a shipping charge of $14.99 would be deducted from the refund.

We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit statement. Exchanges for other product or requests for store credit will not be assessed a restocking fee.
Express Exchange:
Express service is available for a $5 service charge. If upon receipt of products the customer desires a new item sent out immediately then the express service is for you. We can charge your credit card for the new item plus shipping (there is no Free Shipping on exchanges) and the $5 service charge; then, when the original item is received, we will refund you the full price of the original item. There are several costs to us for doing this…thus the $5 service charge.
Clearance / Closeout Items:
Clearance or Closeout items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit. All clearance or closeout items have limited quantities and are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
All products sold by LacrosseMonkey.com™ are brand new, first quality (unless otherwise noted) with full factory warranties. Please check all items upon receipt, if the items seemed damaged or used please report this to us immediately. NO returns will be accepted of used items!
All tags must be attached and original packaging must be included with returned items.
