No problems returning merch
After trying on a pair of pants and realizing I needed a different size that the store didn't have in stock, the clerks were extremely helpful, ordering the pants and having them shipped to my apartment with free express shipping! Unfortunately, after they arrived, I found they were slightly too big. I have to drive more than an hour to get to my nearest Lane Bryant store, but an outlet store is right around the corner from me. Because of the store's generous return policy (all online and ordered merchandise can be returned in-store, even at outlets), I was able to go to the outlet store and return the pants. I would definitely recommend Lane Bryant's return policy – it seems they actually are looking out for the customer’s best interest!
