Ledbury provides free returns and exchanges through our automated returns system. Use our Returns System to create a pre-paid label for eligible items. Please note that orders processed over the phone or at our retail locations will not be recognized using this system.

Once your return has been received, it can take 5-7 business days for the refund to show on your statement. You’ll be notified via email with updates through the return process. If you’d like your refund expedited, please contact our Customer Experience Team.

Our 60-Day Guarantee

Returns for a full refund can be made within 60 days of your purchase. If the 60-day window has passed, returns will be accepted for store credit in the amount of the most recent retail price. Orders will not be eligible for returns or exchanges after 120 days of the original purchase date. We will gladly accept returns for eligible ready-to-wear purchases made from Ledbury.com, Ledbury retail locations or via our customer service phone line.

Order Content Policy

Full Price Merchandise

Product ordered during promotional periods will only be eligible for the value of the initial purchase price.

Altered Merchandise

  • Sleeve shortening fees and shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Merchandise purchased with sleeve shortening will be accepted for return with a $12.95 restocking fee, which is deducted from the refunded amount.

Return / Exchange Only Merchandise

Last Call Merchandise is only eligible for exchanges or a refund in the form of store credit. After 60 days, “last call” orders will not be eligible for any additional compensation or replacement/exchange.

Gift Returns

To return a gift item, please contact us at 888.233.1942 so that we can process your request as a gift return. Gift returns that meet our return policy criteria, we are able to process a refund in the form of an e-gift card.

International

  1. Please contact Customer Service with your order information. We can be reached 8am-6pm ET at 888.233.1942, and by email or online chat.
  2. Pack your returnable items securely in packaging.
  3. Ship your return to us at the following address: Ledbury Returns 2200 Decatur St, Richmond, VA 23224
  4. Please note that Ledbury is unable to provide prepaid return shipping for international orders, and cannot refund customs duties and taxes. Contact your local customs office for information on recovering duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
  5. It normally takes up to 7 business days for a return to be processed once we receive it. You will be notified by email when your refund has been issued.
