Q: How do I return my product?
You will first need an RMA number. Create your RMA return number through your LiLash™ My Account. Follow the prompts to complete the return and use your RMA number as a reference number when you ship your product back to us at Cosmetic Alchemy.

If you checked out as a guest, or through Paypal, and do not have an account, you can Contact Us to give you an RMA number.
