Items eligible for return must have not been worn, altered, or washed, and have the original tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt or online confirmation order number. Swimwear returns MUST have all tags and hygienic liner intact.

Please note returns may take up to 10 business days to be processed.

RETURN POLICY

Free Returns Within 15 Days Of Receiving Your Order. After 15 Days, $7.00 Will Be Deducted From Your Refund.

For a free return you must place your return in the mail within 15 days of your original delivery date. You will receive a refund back to your original form of payment. Swimwear returns MUST have all tags and hygienic liner intact.

If Received Within 31-90 Days Of The Original Ship Date

You will receive an e-gift certificate. When shipped with our Pre-Paid, Pre-Addressed Label, a $7.00 fee will be deducted from your refund. Swimwear returns MUST have all tags and hygienic liner intact.

Returns Past 90 Days Or Marked As FINAL SALE

We will not process your return. If merchandise does not meet return policy requirements, Lilly Pulitzer ® has the right to deny credit.

GIFT RETURNS

Gift Returns Within 1-90 Days Of Original Ship Date

You will receive an e-gift certificate. Be sure to include the recipient’s email address on the return form.

Free Gift With Purchase

Any free gifts with purchase must be sent back with your return to receive a refund to the original form of payment. If free gifts with purchase are not received, a refund in the form of an e-gift certificate will be issued.

MISSING OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

If You Have Received Damaged Or Incorrect Merchandise

Please contact Customer Care within 7 days so we can replace or take back the incorrect item(s) for a full refund.

If You Suspect Your Merchandise Is Missing

Please contact Customer Care within 7 days of the posted delivery date so that we can contact FedEx to open an investigation.

RETURNING A STORE PURCHASE

If you need to return an item purchased from one of our corporate Retail Stores, please include a copy of your receipt, name and contact information. Mail your return to: Lilly Pulitzer c/o Returns Dept. 800 3rd Ave, King of Prussia, PA 19406 (We are unable to accept returns from Major Department Stores, Signature Stores and Specialty Stores)

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

A one-time price adjustment will be granted on a Full Price item when an original invoice or order confirmation from www.lillypulitzer.com is presented within 14 days of the purchase date. Items not purchased at Full Price are not eligible for price adjustments. Adjustments will not be made for any transactions with Signature, Premier Specialty, or Department stores.
