At LinenSource, we take great pride in the quality, construction, and design of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 45 days of receipt for a refund or exchange of the merchandise value excluding any discounts and delivery  charges. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed items or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. For additional help on returns or exchanges please call our Customer Satisfaction Department at 1-800-466-8447. No COD’s or outside contractor packaging or  shipping charges will be accepted. We cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

 

To exchange or refund an item, simply follow these 3 easy steps:

1. COMPLETE RETURN FORM
Complete the Return Form included at the bottom of your invoice. (If you cannot locate your invoice, you can print another copy by clicking My Account and then selecting ‘Order History’.)

2. PACKAGE ITEM(S)
Package the item(s) and include the Return Form. (You may use the original packaging, but be sure to remove/cover any previous shipping labels.)

3. SHIP PACKAGE
Option 1 – FedEx Return Label ($9.95)
Affix the FedEx return label enclosed with your order to the outside of the package and give it to your postal carrier or drop it at a USPS Post Office orFedEx drop location. NOTE: $9.95 will be deducted from your exchange or return for each FedEx return label used.**  (Be sure to keep a copy of your FedEx tracking number so you can track the progress of your package.)

Option 2 – USPS
Alternately, you may mail the package via United States Postal Service to the below address. It is recommended that you insure your package and save your receipt for your records. C.O.D.s are not accepted.

Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for credits to appear on your credit card. If you have requested an exchange, you credit card will be issued a refund for the return and then charged for the exchange upon shipment.

* Monogrammed items may not be exchanged or returned.
