Love Sac Return Policy

A: We believe in Total Comfort, and a big part of that is making sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. But if you’d like to make a return for any reason, we’re here to help.

• Eligible merchandise may be returned within 60 days from the date you received it for a full refund or exchange.
• All returns from Canada are subject to a shipping fee.
• Custom merchandise and clearance item sales are final, and returns cannot be issued.
• Floor models are not eligible for warranty and are final sale.
• Any shipping and/or delivery fees are non-refundable.
• Gift Card purchases cannot be returned.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.
• Merchandise is eligible for a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of the date ordered unless stated otherwise in the promotion Terms and Conditions. Floor Models and clearance merchandise are not eligible for price adjustment. To request a one-time price adjustment, please visit your local Lovesac showroom or contact Customer Love:

• If merchandise is being returned to a warehouse, we will gladly accept returns that ship within 7 days from the receipt of return labels and shipping materials.
• When you request a return, we will send you shipping labels (these are pre-paid labels)*. After you receive the shipping labels, you have 7 days to return your merchandise.
• Returning a Sac that has already been fluffed will require a Shrink Kit for return shipping. This is provided free of charge by calling our service line at 888-636-1223. Please note that Shrink Kits require the use of a shop vac.
• Once we have confirmation that your merchandise is shipping back to us, we will issue funds to the original form of payment. If you paid in a showroom with cash, refunds will be issued via a corporate check sent to the shipping address on file. Please allow 14 business days to process the refund via corporate check.
