Lovehoney Account holders can return any unopened, unused or unworn product with its packaging or tags intact to us within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.
It is easy to return a product to us. Fill in our returns form then follow the instructions you’ll receive by email.

When you create a Lovehoney account, you qualify for our awesome 1-year product guarantee. If anything goes wrong with your product, we’ll replace it for up to a year after purchase.
Our Sex Toy Happiness Promise
Lovehoney account holders also qualify for our Sex Toy Happiness Promise. If you’re not completely happy with a sex toy you have bought from Lovehoney, let us know why within 30 days of receiving it and we’ll replace it with one that we think will work for you.

Sex Toy Happiness Promise Terms and Conditions
The Sex Toy Happiness Promise applies to all sex toys. Lingerie, lubricants, bondage items or gifts and games are excluded.
To make a claim under the Sex Toy Happiness Promise you must:
- have a Lovehoney account. You can create an account here.
- complete a Returns form to let us know you are returning a product – choose “Sex Toy Happiness Guarantee Claim” as the reason for the return.
- return the unwanted product within 30 days of receiving it.
We will send you a replacement product up to the value of what you spent free of charge. We will contact you to discuss which product will be most likely to make you happy!
If you choose a lower priced item as a replacement, we are unable to refund the difference. We cannot send you a higher priced item with a payment for the difference.
We can only replace your sex toy with another sex toy, not with other items such as lingerie.
The number of replacement products you may receive under the Sex Toy Happiness Promise is limited entirely at Lovehoney’s discretion.
If you return a product more than 30 days after purchase and it is not faulty, we will dispose of it in a safe and responsible manner. You will not be entitled to a refund or replacement. This also applies to any non-Lovehoney items we receive.
