RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with a Lucky Brand purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies for in-store purchases and Luckybrand.com purchases. Merchandise must be returned in unworn, unused, and undamaged condition with all original tags attached. Please note that all returns are subject to validation and approval at Lucky Brand’s discretion.

In the case of incorrect items shipped or damaged during shipment, please contact our Customer Care Team at 1-866-975-5825 or visit a Lucky Brand store.

Returning Store Purchases

We gladly accept returns of merchandise purchased in our stores for a full refund if returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Requests for refund must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment as your original purchase was made. For returns for purchases paid for in cash, we may provide cash refunds up to $200. Cash refunds for amounts greater than $200 may be refunded as a Mail Check (either in whole or in part). Mail checks take 4 to 6 weeks to process.

Returns made between 31-60 days of the date of purchase and accompanied by valid proof of purchase qualify for in-store exchange or refund in the form of a merchandise credit reflective of the original purchase price. If you do not have valid proof of purchase, we offer store merchandise credit reflective of the current selling price at our discretion. We do not accept returns made after 60 days of the purchase date. Please note that due to the intimate nature of swimwear and foundation garments, such items must be unworn with all the tags and hygiene strip intact to be eligible for a refund or exchange. All worn, damaged, used, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

In order to best serve our customers, we are happy to accept returns at all of our stores for any purchases made through our website, outlet stores, or retail locations within the U.S. Please note, merchandise purchased from our stores can only be returned in-person at one of our store locations. We cannot process store-bought returns at our warehouses. Store-bought returns mailed to a store location or our returns processing address will not be accepted. Merchandise must be returned in the same country that it was original purchased in. Home product and furniture purchased in-store may only be returned to the store location in which it was purchased. Shipping and handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable.

Gift Returns

Gift returns made within 60 days of the date of purchase accompanied by a valid gift receipt will be refunded in the form of store merchandise credit. For requests for gift returns without a valid gift receipt, we offer store merchandise credit reflective of the current selling price at our discretion

Gift Cards

The terms and conditions listed on Lucky Brand Gift Cards apply. However, for your convenience, gift cards with a balance of $9.99 or less may be redeemed for cash. Please ask one of our store representatives for assistance.

Returning Online Purchases

For Luckybrand.com orders and in-store order merchandise shipped to a U.S. address, we gladly accept returns of merchandise for a full refund if we receive your return within 30 days of the date of purchase. Requests for refund must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment as your purchase was made. If we receive your item by mail within 31-60 days of purchase, or if your item was paid for with a Lucky Brand Gift Card or merchandise credit and we receive it within 60 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund in the form of an E-Gift Card for the item which may be redeemed in any store or at Luckybrand.com. We do not accept returns made after 60 days of purchase date. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus an applicable sales tax, less the cost of return shipping if applicable.

Please note that due to the intimate nature of swimwear and foundation garments, such items must be unworn with all the tags and hygiene strip intact to be eligible for a refund or exchange. All worn, damaged, used, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping and handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable. Home product or furniture purchased on luckybrand.com and accompanied by appropriate proof of purchase may be returned to our online warehouse, at your expense.

Follow ALL policies in our policy section in regards to return timeframe, condition of product being returned, non-receipted returns, etc. All existing return policies apply to Home product including the below:

  • Home product purchased at Macy’s or other wholesaler MUST be returned to the purchase location.
    • Return instructions and return verbiage are included on the Ecom site and the Ecom receipts
  • Any Home product purchased in stores, accompanied by an appropriate proof of purchase, may be returned to a Lucky Brand store.

Watches

Follow ALL policies in our policy section in regards to return timeframe, condition of product being returned, non-receipted returns, etc. All existing return policies apply to Watch product including the below:

  • Watch product purchased at Macy’s or other wholesaler MUST be returned to the purchase location.
  • Any Watch product purchased on Ecom, should be returned to the Ecom warehouse using the return label included in the package.
    • Return instructions and return verbiage are included on the Ecom site and the Ecom receipts
  • Any Watch product purchased in stores, accompanied by an appropriate proof of purchase, may be returned to a Lucky Brand store.
  • Please refer to the Watch Warranty on LuckyBrand.com/Return Policy which will help you determine if the watch can be returned/exchanged past the return policy timeframe, we do not except returns for normal wear and tear.

To return merchandise purchased on Luckybrand.com or via in-store merchandise order, please use one of the following easy methods:

U.S. In-Store Returns

Luckybrand.com and in-store order purchases shipped to a U.S. address may be returned or exchanged in any Lucky Brand store in the U.S. as long as returned in accordance with this Return & Exchange Policy.

U.S. Returns By Mail

Luckybrand.com and in-store order purchases shipped to a U.S. address can be easily returned by mail (follow the return procedures described below). Please note, returns will not be accepted if mailed to a store location. Items shipped outside of the returns window may not be returned to you. We regret to inform you that we are unable to offer exchanges by mail.

1. Prepaid Return Label

If a prepaid return label is provided, affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package, make a note of the tracking number, and leave the package with UPS. Please indicate on your packing slip the reason you are returning the item(s) and enclose the packing slip in the package. Shipping charges are prepaid and no additional postage is required. However, an $8.00 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. This service is only available within the continental U.S. Home products cannot be returned using a prepaid label.

Please allow approximately 2 weeks for processing. Additional delays may occur. You will receive email confirmation once your return has been processed.

2. Ship on Your Own

Alternately, U.S. customers can return online and in-store order purchases made within the continental U.S. by first class mail to the address below, at their expense. We will process your return and issue a refund as soon as we receive your package. Please use a trackable and insured shipping method.

If you do not have the original packing slip, please include the following information with your return: Name and billing address, the original purchase prices, and approximate date of purchase. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for processing. Additional delays may occur. You will receive email confirmation once your return has been processed. Lucky Brand is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.

Online Gift Returns

A gift recipient who wishes to return merchandise in accordance with the terms of this Return & Exchange Policy will be issued an E-Gift Card. Following a gift return, the gift recipient will receive an email containing an E-Gift Card in the amount originally paid for the merchandise and sales tax (if applicable).

Price Adjustment

We gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within 7 days of the original purchase date or mail-order ship date, if accompanied by the original proof of purchase. Price adjustment refunds will be made in the same form of payment as your purchase was made.

Final Sale Items

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Please note that items with a discounted ticketed price ending in $0.97 are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Please note that the discounted ticketed price ending in $0.97 may display differently on receipts due to promotions and additional discounts. Questions around final sale may be directed to an instore associate or a customer service representative for online purchases.

Canada Returns

We gladly accept returns of merchandise purchased in our Canadian stores for a full refund if returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Requests for refund must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment as your purchase was made.

Please note, merchandise purchased in Lucky Brand Canada stores can only be returned in-person at one of our Canada store locations. Store-bought returns mailed to a store location or our returns processing address will not be accepted.

International Returns

All orders shipped internationally are final sale.
